Isabelle Nüssli advises boards, CEOs, owners and investors on critical leadership decisions. Her focus is on board and senior leadership appointments, CEO succession, leadership assessment and the composition of management teams.

Her advisory work combines Executive and Board Search with extensive leadership experience, corporate governance expertise and a deep understanding of transformation and change. Isabelle served as Chair of the internationally active NÜSSLI Group and as co-founder and Chair of the Responsible Leadership Institute. Today, she serves on boards and advisory boards and teaches board members on strategic leadership and governance.

She works with listed and privately held companies, family businesses, technology-driven growth companies, private equity portfolio companies and public-sector organisations. She brings particular experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology & AI, Construction & Real Estate, and Sports.

Isabelle holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an Executive Master’s in International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen, and an Executive Master’s in Change from INSEAD. She also holds a doctorate from the University of Zurich, focusing on leadership capabilities in a VUCA world.
