In Memory of Roman Huber

Our longtime Managing Partner Roman Huber passed away on 11 May 2026 after a long illness.

Roman took over the firm in 2016 and led it with great passion, a high degree of professionalism and profound expertise. His work was defined by entrepreneurial thinking, a strong commitment to service and a keen sense for the needs of our clients and partners.

He was steadfastly dedicated to the firm's continued development. He saw digitalisation and artificial intelligence as opportunities to improve our work, always with the benefit to our clients at the centre.

We remember Roman as an outstanding entrepreneur and executive search consultant, but above all as a generous, warm and empathetic person, a valued colleague and a dear friend. We will always honour his memory.
