Isabelle served as Chair of the internationally active N\u00dcSSLI Group and as co-founder and Chair of the Responsible Leadership Institute. Today, she serves on boards and advisory boards and teaches <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hitchmanpartners.ch\/en\/track-record\/#board-members\">board members<\/a> on strategic leadership and governance.\r\n\r\nShe works with listed and privately held companies, family businesses, technology-driven growth companies, private equity portfolio companies and public-sector organisations. She brings particular experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology &amp; AI, Construction &amp; Real Estate, and Sports.\r\n\r\nFor Isabelle, Executive and Board Search is about more than identifying the most qualified candidate. Potential, personality and fit with the organisation\u2019s culture and leadership context are equally important. The goal is to identify the individual who can make the greatest impact in a given environment. In her Leadership Advisory work, Isabelle supports board members and senior leaders through onboarding, team development and transformation. She is the author of two bestselling books on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hitchmanpartners.ch\/governance-der-macht-2\/\">corporate governance<\/a> and leadership.\r\n\r\nIsabelle holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an Executive Master\u2019s in International Business Law from the University of St. Gallen, and an Executive Master\u2019s in Change from INSEAD.
