Arnold Marty has more than 20 years of leadership experience as a member of the executive board and as CEO of national and international companies. He understands the complexity of global matrix organisations as well as the specific characteristics of family businesses.

As the son of a building contractor, and through his roles as CEO and board member at companies such as Tobler Haustechnik, Meier Tobler, Swiss Automotive Group and Brütsch Rüegger, Arnold Marty has gained a deep understanding of owner-managed businesses. As former Managing Director of HP and Lenovo Switzerland, he also brings extensive knowledge of the IT industry and a strong network within it.

Arnold Marty serves on the boards of HINT AG, an ICT service provider in the healthcare sector, and Brütsch Rüegger Holding AG, a renowned family business in tool and steel wholesale. As a member of VR-Swiss and the Swiss Board Foundation, he is well connected with other board members and keeps abreast of current challenges. His in-depth experience in IT, building technology, energy, retail and wholesale, and the automotive industry enables him to add significant value for his clients.
